INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual therapy helps you address your behavior, understand and reframe your thinking, and enhance how you see yourself and relate to others. We'll proceed at a pace that’s right for you and fosters self-growth.

COUNSELING FOR CHILDREN
Sessions involve forms of art and play therapy, movement and mindfulness strategies, behavioral interventions, parent support, micro-adventures, and developmental assessments.

COUNSELING FOR ADOLESCENTS
Adolescence, by definition, is a time of transition where peers and social media most likely have priority over parents. In contrast to the more limited sources that they are accustomed to, by developing a trustworthy relationship with a professional, teens will have a chance to develop their own constructive voice. As they express their thoughts, discover their point of view, and learn how to act from a place of self-acceptance, teens begin to identify healthy goals, work toward self-realization, independence, and positive socialization. Subjects we address include: family conflict, peer and friendship issues, school struggles, social-media concerns, low self-esteem, stress, risky behaviors, experimentation, acting out, shutting down, secrecy, anxiety, and depression.

PARENT SUPPORT
Parents examine how their own childhood influences their parenting, as well as learn how their parenting impacts their child. By exploring new ways of collaborating, parents find a unified path to support their child. Ideally, this process leads to better acceptance of who your child is, and how to adjust your parenting to meet your child where they are. Importantly, our shared goal is to enjoy and celebrate your child.

FAMILY THERAPY
With everyone together in the room, we have a chance to identify family dynamics that are helpful as well as those that are unhelpful and thereby plot a new course that supports everyone.

COUPLES COUNSELING
By acknowledging areas of strength and weakness within the relationship, partners learn to move past obstacles, heal and reconnect. Some of the issues we might address are: premarital counseling, communication difficulties, frequent arguments, parenting issues, healing after trauma, recovery from infidelity, intimacy issues, considering divorce.
